1. A puppy must be paid for in full before it will be shipped to you. You may, however, reserve a particular puppy whose picture is posted by making a $500 deposit on that puppy. The minute that your deposit is received, your puppy will be taken off the market and sold to no one else. (Balance of payment MUST be received before puppy will be sent, delivered, or personally picked up. More specific instruction appear below for individual cases/circumstances.)
2. A deposit you make on a puppy is non-refundable; if you put a deposit on a puppy, we remove it from the market to secure it for YOU. Should you change your mind at a later time, we have lost the opportunity to sell the puppy during that time. Once you send a deposit, it cannot be returned (unless we fail to 'make good' on the delivery of the puppy you have reserved; in that case, of course your money will be returned). PLEASE NOTE THIS IMPORTANT WARNING SO THAT THERE WILL BE NO PROBLEMS LATER ON!!! [When you sign the Purchase Agreement, that document becomes legally binding.]
3. You may NOT transfer your deposit. YOU were approved; the puppy was sold to YOU; we cannot allow our little babies to go to unapproved homes. (The name of our website was carefully chosen; its primary purpose is to let site visitors know beyond any doubt how we feel about our adults and our puppies!!)
Balance of Payment
1. If you choose to place a deposit on a particular puppy in order to hold him or her, the balance of that puppy's cost must be received within one week prior to the day designated as the day you are to receive your puppy. [Note: If because of temperature extremes we must hand deliver the puppy, then balance of payment must be made TWO weeks prior to agreed upon delivery date. This time is needed to make airline reservations.] If we have not received the balance within seven (7) days of the delivery date [or within fourteen (14) days of 'hand-delivery' date], you will forfeit that deposit and your puppy will no longer be reserved for you. We will assume you have changed your mind, and the puppy will immediately be made available to others.
2. Under no circumstances will the puppy be shipped to you, or released to you, unless payment in full has been received.
1. We are turning over to you the care of one of our babies. This baby has been looked after very closely by its own mother and lovingly cared for by us since the day it was born. If there EVER should come a time when you can no longer care for this much-loved little being (for ANY reason), PLEASE CALL US!!! IF you can find it a new home, and IF you are SURE (beyond all doubt!) that your puppy will be cared for and loved, then you certainly have that perogative. BUT, if you are not one hundred percent certain that 'that' will be the case, please call us! We will take that little dog back, insure it of a loving family, or keep it ourselves!
2. PLEASE, PLEASE e-mail us pictures of your new puppy in the coming months and years! We will be so interested in the growth of your baby as it becomes such an integral part of your family. With your permission, we will post e-mailed pictures on our website so that we can all watch them grow. We are NOT people who sell you a puppy and are immediately unreachable. We will not obsessively contact you but will patiently wait for you to contact us. Be assured that we ENDLESSLY will be wanting to know . . .
If you have visited other sites, you are aware that 'terms of sale' are, for the most part, standard. Ours are similar, but in some ways they are far more generous. They are as follows:
1. Our puppies can be flown into all the major airports in the United States [the breeding cycles of our girls are such that most of our puppies (but not all!) will be born in the fall; therefore, for 'most,' there will be no necessity of shipping in the hot summer months). The price you pay for your puppy is all inclusive. When because of temperature extremes puppies cannot be flown safely to you, we will 'hand deliver' your puppy to you [fly with him/her on board the plane; puppy will NOT be in a cargo hold!] at a mutually agreed upon airport that is reasonably near your home. Again, the price of the puppy is ALL inclusive; there are NO extra charges. AGAIN PLEASE NOTE: In the event that temperature extremes necessitate our bringing the puppy to you, you will need to have the puppy paid for two weeks prior to the mutually-agreed-upon delivery date so that we can make the necessary flight arrangements.
