Buddha, with his 'real' half-sister, Yubi!! Yubi is not quite sure yet, but she 'think's having the little squirt around is going to be okay. Just as long as he remembers who is BOSS! :)
Guess Who!!! It's BUDDHA BOY, at almost 4 months!! Love you, little guy!! You are BEEUTIFULL in those Texas bluebonnets . . . :)
Now, Buddha Boy, are you going to try to tell us that someone MADE you eat that dirt? You didn't want to get in it at all, did you! Ahhh, poor little feller . . . (now, tell us another one . . ) But, something tells me (mainly your mom!) that you are now headed for a bath!!
Buddha, Yubi and Yoshi's bratty brother, at 6 months
Buddha, at almost 7 months, out in mom's garden. )
Buddha, one month shy of his first birthday! Uhhh, Buddha Boy, I believe you have just about filled up your bed. BUT, I'll bet that is Yoshi's and you have commandeered it!! :)
. . . . here he is with his beloved frisbee; Mom says he just 'dares' Yoshi or Yubi to try to get it! :) See his foot on the side of his prize? "THIS IS MINE AND DON'T YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING IT!" :)
Mom, with her three 'four-legged children': Yubi, Yoshi, and Buddha. This is a GREAT picture, Carrie!
Now the son of April and her family, and sister of IVAN!, San Antonio, TX
CHUNK, (nee Diana), daughter of Petromonoff Valiant
and Our Bulldog Children's Gianna, 2011 litter
Now the son of Sharon and Kyle, Ft. Worth, TX
. . . . do you think Romen has a good home?????? :) :) Love . . . this little bulldog LOVES his best buddy. And 'this' is why I raise puppies . . . THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, TYLER!!!!
Message from mom, June 6: "Thank you again for the beautiful puppy. He did well last night and is going to be the most spoiled puppy eer. Here is photo of him sleepingin the truck on the way back to Cedar Park yesterday. Thanks again! " --- [It is "I" who thank the four of you for taking this oh, so sweet little man into your home and making him a part of your family. I miss him so very much, but . . . he's a lucky little bulldog to have a family like you. My gratitude forever.]
First Picture of Zoey in her new home: June 2011
Mom says, "She is adjusting well. Also, she loves to eat and sleep--typical bulldog." [Absolutely; you know, that's not a bad life! :) One look at this, and I would say Zoey has it 'made in the shade.' THANK YOU so very much!]]
First Pictures of Little Thor at Home:
Little Thor in his bed, his first week at his home. [BEAUTIFUL bed, little guy!] :)
Mom says this is "Purse Puppy" :) [Does this not look like a happy puppy?? :)]
Oh, Izzy, I'm so sorry that this new little brother is such a problem for you! Just turn around and let him have it! He'll settle down, but it may take YOU putting HIM in his place! YOU have seniority, not this little scamp! One day, he'll be such a good friend for you; he'll snuggle and lick your ears and be a true companion. You just have to 'get him now' and show him who is the boss!
. . . . going to see mom at work! [Hope you were a good boy, Thor!!!!]
Photo Shoot! Mom says the hardest part is getting this little dynamo to be still! :) [Uhhh, yes'm, I remember well! :)]
Note from mom, June 15, 2011: "We are a little tired but is is SO worth it--we love him SO much! I can't thank you enough for raising him so well . . . Pancho is the sweetest, most loving puppy we have ever known. We lugh every time he crawls into our laps and starts giving us puppy kisses. I hold him when I hve my conference clls during the day . . . but will occasionally have to put him in his bed when he snores too loud. :) I am amazed just how much of a lap dog he is; it is going to be comical once he starts putting on those pounds!
We took him to the vet for the first time yesterday and everyone there kept raving about how good looking he was (Pancho enjoyed the attention too); we will be going bck at the end of this month for his last parvo and various other shots. We can't wait to take him out in the world and explore the parks/neighborhoods once he's good and ready. As for Kyule, he just bough a new video cmera and has been taping Pancho's every move . . .he's definitely a proud dad. :)
We will let you know if we have any questions!!"
Sharon
[It is words like these that make it 'bearable' to see these precious little faces leave; the very hardest part of raising babies is . . . the day they leave. It has never gotten any easier, no matter the number of years. BUT, when I read your words, I KNOW this little man is where he needs to be, getting the individual attention on which he will thrive. I THANK YOU both, so very much, for every sleepless minute you are having now in training this little fellow. He will grow to be an obedient adult, one who will be a constant companion and a genuine pleasure, every day of his life. My gratitude forever. ]
Message from mom, June 17, 2011: "Odie-Beaux is doing great. We named him General Beauxregard "sir name." "Beaux" for short. I sometimes call him "Odie-Beaux". He is eating well and sleeping well. In the morning when I get up, he goes right to the pantry where I keep his food and he lets me know he wants to eat! He is getting plenty to eat. He is a little piggy. [ :) Yes, I remember!! :) ]
I've attached a photo to show you how spoiled he has become with the kids home for the summer. He is lying on a pillow on the couch, sound asleep and snoring. :)
The kids have watched the video you sent home and Devan has taught him how to "sit" already. [Yeah, Devan!!! "Some" people say bulldogs are not the smartest breed, but I disagree vehemently!! They ARE very intelligent! They simply choose to do things on their own terms and in their own time! :) ]
He is filling our lives with so much joy and laughter." [And you are doing the very same for him . . . . so very very grateful to you all!]
Romen: YOU are living the life of a king; you wouldn't trade places with anyone in this whole world, would you!! :)
Note from Mom, June 18, 2011: "Just wanted to let you know that Ivan and Makayla are getting along. They were giving each other kisses. :) [We'll keep this picture for comparison, April! Ivan's little half-sister is going to grow! :) He may have to remind her that HE has seniority! :) THANK YOU SO MUCH for the picture!!
Note from Mom, June 19, 2011: "Addisyn definitely has herself a new friend!" [ :) You know the song "Stuck Like Glue"?? Believe that could be the caption to this picture. :) And yes, they will grow up together; as much as I miss him, 'this' is the way it is supposed to be. THANK YOU so very much!!--And I see in the cup holders not only Addisyn's bottle but Dozer's kibble holder! heehee Mary Amber, you have TWO children!! :)]
A basketball player is born!!! :)
Note from mom, June 24, 2011: "Chunk is awesome!! She is out of her shell, has gotten potty training down pat and we are working on her sit command.
There are several other dogs nearby and she has been socializing well with a boxer next door. She has outgrown her pacifier and is now plying with a rope toy and taking licks of the neighbor's boxer's rawhide bone if you can believe it."
[ :) A wallflower, a shrinking violet no longer!! :) Do I see that her collar says, "Bad to the Bone"?? The neighbor's boxer may expect to see spikes on her collar next! :) I can see that she is a happy, happy girl . . . and we sincerely thank you for every hug you have given her and for every minute you have spent in training her to be an obedient companion. She will be a pleasure all her life . . . and in return, and you will be dearly loved all of yours. THANK YOU so very much.]
Mom says Dozer doesn't seem to know his bed from Addisyn's!! :)
Kisses for Dozer and Kisses for Addisyn! :)
"Wake up, Dozer!! Let's go play!" :)
. . . and Chunk with dad. Miles, this little girl is scared to death with you--can't you tell by that defensive posture??? :) I'd say she is right where she wants to be and feels completely, utterly 'safe.'
A picture is worth a thousand words? Oh, yes . . .
Click on the picture and watch what this little 3 month-old girl has learned to do! Mom, you've done a great job!!! :) Love you, little Chunk!!! You are sooo smart!! [ . . .could it have anything to do with the chicken treats?? :)]
July, 2011: Mom says Diesel is doing well! His brother and sister love him very much; evidently, mom and dad do too because this little boy loves to sit beside dad in his recliner 'and' he has been known to sleep in the bed with mom and dad! :) Yes, I'd say Diesel has moved in . . . THANK YOU, Diesel's family, for all the love you have given him. He will return that same love, all his life . . .
Zoey, at 3 months . . . Hi, beautiful little girl!!
Nothing in this world better than being loved . . . I do believe the love here is mutual. --- Mom says that Zoey is doing really well with her potty training, that every morning at 6:12 on the dot, she is telling them it's time for her to go outside! :) :) Is that a bit 'early' mom??? Can she change it to 7:12?? :)
Miss Makayla, at 3 months; and Mr. Ivan, at 1.5 years
Note from mom, July 9, 2011: "Saturday nap time. Just wanted to let you know that they are still doing good. Very happy kids." [Note to mom: "She probably loves brother [half brother! :)] 'more' than he loves her at the present time . . . but I'll bet you that soon it will all be equal. He very likely already is aware of where she is at all times, even now. :) THANK YOU so much for allowing us to see these two sleeping beauties.]
Mom says Thor was having his first obedience training class yesterday (July 9); she also said it took her an hour to get out of PetSmart because everyone wanted to see this little pup! :) Thor might have one problem in class: he is so aware of everything around him that 'concentration' may be a problem! :)
. . . . kisses for sister. :) You went from biting to kissing: that's so much better! And I'll bet sister thinks so, too! :)
Romen thinks exercising is FUN! (guess so, he's not having to do any of the work!) :)
Pancho highly recommends his turtle pool as THE way to keep cool in this exceptionally hot 2011 summer. With the cool water against his femoral arteries and with the pads of his feet submerged, he probably IS fairly cool! :) But . . . not for long. :) :)
Zoey, at four months, with her 'sister' Bugsy. Mom says this is THEIR chair! :) Girls, I would say this is one more neat chair; no wonder you have claimed it!
"Somebody's Little Boy is Growing!" :) This is Thor at 5 months: I foresee a little boy who reminds me of his mother, but he's going to have the head of his dad!! Best of all worlds. He's just beautiful!! Mom says that he is now in his third obedience class session, and he does really well while he is there, but when he comes home, he's a terror! Thor!!!! Practice what you learn!! Mom says he LOVES his sister . . . be good to her, sweet boy.
